  • 1991 – Acquisition of COFIM which became SOTIRA 73 at Chambéry.
  • 1996 – Acquisition of ADN at Seyssel by SOTIRA 73.
  • 1998 – Creation of SOTIRA 35 at Saint Méloir des Ondes.
  • 2007 - Creation of SOTIRA 49 at Pouancé. 
         2009 - Creation of SOTIRA 41 at Theillay 
         2010 - Merging SOTIRA 35 - 41 and 73 to SOTIRA AUTOMOTIVE
